Disclosed is an organic light-emitting display device comprising a transparent lower electrode and a reflective upper electrode. Between said electrodes there is a light emitting layer and a moisture capturing layer.
The light-emitting layer is formed by a wet process. The moisture capturing layer suppresses moisture-caused deterioration, thereby prolonging the service life of the display device. The upper transparent electrode lowers the wiring resistance thereby reducing power consumption of a display device using it.
