摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A floor impact noise lowering high insulating aerated lightweight concrete composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize impact noise between households by using porous ethylene vinyl acetate chips and perlite, and to satisfy a heat transmission coefficient value and compressive strength by using a parcel prevention additive. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a floor impact noise lowering high insulating aerated lightweight concrete composition comprises the steps of: preparing a aerated lightweight concrete composition (A) by mixing 40-80 wt% of pulverized ethylene vinyl acetate chips, 20-60 wt% of high temperature plasticity perlite having a particle size of 30-100μm; mixing 2-10 wt% of a mixture comprising the ethylene vinyl acetate chips and high temperature plasticity perlite to 100 wt% of the cement amount; preparing a foaming agent composition (B) by mixing 3-15 wt% of 5% polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, and 3-15 wt% of a soymilk to 100 wt% of a sodium lauryl sulfate solution; and using 0.5-3.0 wt% of the foaming agent composition to 100 wt% of the cement amount.</p>
