PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a change with the elapse of time in the interfacial characteristics of the reaction container (cell) used in an autoanalyzer, to monitor the change in a time series manner under the operating condition of the autoanalyzer to successively determine/diagnose the quality of the reaction container (cell) and to execute the maintenance or replacement of the reaction container (cell) installed on the autoanalyzer in a proper timing. SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer includes a photographing means for photographing the interfacial state of the reaction container and the liquid housed in the reaction container and a quality determination means for determining the quality of the reaction container from the image data photographed by the photographing means on the basis of first data for extracting a plurality of kinds of data containing at least the wet angle of the liquid and the inner wall of the reaction container.
