PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composition wherein a water-insoluble solid such as hydroxyapatite is dispersed, provided that the sedimentation of the water-insoluble solid is sufficiently suppressed. SOLUTION: The aqueous composition comprises a water-insoluble solid, (A) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, (B) an olefin sulfonate salt, (C) a fatty acid amide alkyl betaine, and (D) a fatty acid alkanol amide.
