PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring device measuring a sea bottom shape continuously even under high-speed operation without obtaining six conditions of three-dimensional positions, roll, pitch and yaw of a hull. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic measuring device includes: a transmitter for transmitting an ultrasonic wave having a different frequency in the azimuth direction; a receiver for receiving a reflected wave from an object of the ultrasonic wave transmitted from the transmitter;and a processing means for processing information of the reflected wave from the object as three-dimensional measurement results.
