PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a trimming circuit that reduces an increase in circuit area by decreasing the number of stages of MOS transistors in a state where resistances and fuses are connected in parallel. SOLUTION: The fuses F1 to F4 corresponding to the resistances R1 to R4 are connected in parallel, respectively, and MOS transistors N1 to N4 are connected between one-end sides of the fuses F1 to F4 and a ground voltage, respectively; and diodes D1 to D3 are provided which supply a blowing current inputted to a blowing current supply terminal TRIM to the other-end sides of the fuses F1 to F4, and resistances R5 and R6 for current limitation are connected to at least the one-end sides of the fuses F1 to F4.
