摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PHS (Personal Handy-phone System) radio communication system with a mechanism in which no waiting time is generated in incoming call message channels (PCH) (paging channel) for individually calling each radio slave unit, even when individual incoming calls are generated for a plurality of radio slave units constituting the same incoming call group. SOLUTION: A radio communication control device 10, which controls radio communication to be executed between base stations CS1-CSn (Cell Station) and the radio slave units PS1-PSm (Personal Station) based on PHS standards, assigns incoming call message channels (PCH) of mutually different base stations CS1-CSn to be one to one for each radio slave units PS1-PSm which await for incoming call message channels, for one or more, for example, four incoming call message channels PCH1-PCH4 which each of the base stations CS1-CSn has as the incoming call message channels (PCH) for transmitting incoming call notification from the base stations to the radio slave units, and performs control to be registered in an incoming call message channel (PCH) table.
