PURPOSE: A device for monitoring a battery of a target for tank gunnery is provided to offer electricity after distinguishing a battery which needs to be charged from a battery which does not need to be charged, thereby minimizing electricity leakage from a cable compared to a system where a generator provides electricity with a charger at a time. CONSTITUTION: A device for monitoring a battery of a target for tank gunnery includes a fixing target unit for tank gunnery training, a charging unit, a power controller (300), a generator (200) and a tank gunnery training controller (100). The fixing target unit for tank gunnery training is supplied with power from the battery and fixes and rotates the target. The charging unit charges the battery in order to supply power to the fixing target unit. The power supplied to the charging unit is switched on and off. The generator supplies electricity to the power controller and detects the discharge rate of the fuel. The tank gunnery training controller generates a control command which raises and lowers the target of the fixing target unit for tank gunnery training.
