PURPOSE: A sealed section cut-out line structure of a boring heterogeneous material accommodation apparatus is provided to enable an old person or a child to use because much power is not required for the use. CONSTITUTION: A cut-out line (102) forms a cut-out line reinforcement part with a barrier type material by a multiple injection molding device. The cut-out line reinforcement part is formed with a soft resin. An additional barrier type material is added to the top or the bottom of a sealing part (101) where there is a cut-out line. The barrier type material is an aluminum film. The barrier type material is a soft film or soft plastics. A fixing part (100) is combined to the neck of a vessel. A joint part (200) is combined to the top of the fixing part. A hinged part (201) has a sharp destroying part (202).
