PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize normal delivery of a separating tape or easy check of a delivery impossible condition even when the separating tape is adhered to an unintended site. SOLUTION: This tape delivery device 12 comprises a supporting means 18 for supporting a separating tape PT having an adhesive layer A on one face of a substrate sheet BS, a delivery means 19 for delivering the separating tape PT, and a control means 23 for controlling the supporting means 18 and/or the delivery means 19. The control means 23 controls the supporting means 18 and the delivery means 19 to check delivery operation which imparts tension to the separating tape PT between the supporting means 18 and the delivery means 19 before delivering the separating tape PT.
