PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic crawler that prevents outbreaks of cracks in end parts in the cross direction. SOLUTION: This elastic crawler 1, of which circulating direction Cd is predetermined when installing it in a crawler type travelling vehicle, is formed of: a crawler body 4 formed into an endless belt of rubber; a plurality of lugs 6 extending from the inside in the cross direction of the crawler body toward edges thereof; and a plurality of cores 2 embedded in the crawler body with an interval in the circumferential direction. The core has a buffer part 29 formed thick on the inner peripheral side of the crawler body near corners on the same side in the cross direction in both ends in the longitudinal direction, and arranged inside the crawler body so that the buffer part is positioned on a side in the circulating direction when circulating in the circulating direction.
