PURPOSE: A self-supporting temporary structure using a wire and a construction method thereof are provided to improve safety of construction during the construction and to improve quality and work efficiency of a building by stably suppressing change of an exterior from external pressure. CONSTITUTION: A self-supporting temporary structure using a wire comprises an earth retaining member(10), a wire member(20), and a fastening unit(40). The earth retaining member is vertically installed on the ground and is connected to a wall of an excavation hole(5). One side of the wire member is fixed to the lower part of the earth retaining member, and the other side of the wire member is fixed by being extended towards the ground. The fastening unit fixes the wire member to be fastened in order to fix the earth retaining member from the wire member in a vertical direction. |
