PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sponge-like blasting material capable of producing the blasting material hardly splashing, at a low cost, also reducing the working cost of blasting process widely and also contributing the reuse of industrial waste materials, a method for producing the same and an apparatus for the same. SOLUTION: This sponge-like blasting material is characterized by fixing granular materials produced by crushing slag obtained after melting at least one of the industrial waste materials consisting of rubble, rubber waste, glass waste, waste plastics, mineral resource, soot dust, concrete waste, cinder and waste metals, in a porous elastic material.
