PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist the drive of a driver so as to make vehicle speed when entering an intersection proper. SOLUTION: It is determined whether there is speed reducing intention in entering the intersection X or not. When there is the speed reducing intention, first set vehicle speed is selected, and when there is no speed reducing intention, second set vehicle speed lower than the first set vehicle speed is selected.
