<p>PURPOSE: A producing method of hangover relieving soup using a hovenia dulcis extract is provided to mix stock obtained from manila clams, yellow dried pollack, and beef bones with the hovenia dulcis extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of hangover relieving soup using a hovenia dulcis extract comprises the following steps: boiling 15-25kg of fruits, branches, stems, and roots of hovenia dulcis in 70L of water for 24 hours to obtain the hovenia dulcis extract(S100); mixing 600-700g of manila clam, 600-700g of spring onion, 650-700g of radish, 3L of water, and 15-20g of salt, and boiling the mixture for 1-2 hours to obtain manila clam soup(S110); mixing the hovenia dulcis extract and the manila clam soup in a ratio of 1:1-3, and boiling the mixture for 1-2 hours to obtain stock(S120); inserting the stock into an earthen bowl, and adding minced garlic, bean sprout, and the spring onion before boiling for 15-20 minutes(S130).</p> |
