The device has a short base generator (1) for generating mono pulses. The transistor stage (4) is connected with the base generator by connecting with attenuator (2). A direct current (DC) power source (3) is provided in the bias of the transistor stage. The temperature compensation device is provided for adjusting the DC power source in such a manner that the temperature development of the device is compensated.
