Connector system for wall mounting

The system has a female connector (1) and a correspondingly pluggable male connector (6), where the male and female connectors have electrical contacts. A component part of the female connector or the male connector is fixable at an installation wall by using an installation extender wheel (22). The component part has an installation- and/or shielding plate (8) fixed with the extender wheel. The installation- and/or shielding plate is snapped with an insulating body (13).
