PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker for reducing environmental load and assuring electrical safety by automatically stopping power supply to an electrical path in case that it is not necessary in the electrical path used in construction sites or the like. SOLUTION: The circuit breaker 100 includes a first power supply control means 10 carrying out circuit breaking control due to abnormal current in the electrical path such as excess current, leakage current or the like, and a second power supply control means 11 carrying out circuit breaking control due to a predetermined condition except abnormal current.
