PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staple driving machine capable of preventing its contact arm from deformation caused by an impact applied when the machine has dropped and of reducing the expense for replacement. SOLUTION: The staple driving machine is structured so that its nose part 2 to drive each staple by a trigger 5 provided on the machine body is furnished with a driver guide 8 for guiding the front face of a driver 7 sliding inside a nozzle 6 provided in the nose part 2, the guide 8 being arranged slidably up and down, one end of the contact arm is overlapped on the front face over-part of the driver guide 8, the contact arm is extended toward a magazine 3 with the other end coupled with a contact bolt 11 installed on the magazine 3 capable of moving vertically, and the upper part of the contact bolt 11 is put in association with the operation of the trigger 5.
