<p>The device has a computing device (60) connected with a camera (40), so that image data of a digital image are transferred from the camera to the computing device. The computing device extracts coordinates of code elements and the digital image in information coded into the code elements obtained by the camera. The computing device calculates height information of locations illuminated with the code elements based on indexing of the code elements and a position in the image. The computing device determines two-dimensional and three-dimensional information of an object (10) by the camera.
