PURPOSE: A kitchen garbage pre-treatment device with a baffle between an inlet port and an outlet port is provided to reduce the outflow of kitchen garbage with high specific gravity from a sediment case, and to prevent an indoor pipe from being clogged. CONSTITUTION: A kitchen garbage pre-treatment device (100) comprises a sediment case, and a baffle (190). The sediment case includes an inlet port and an outlet port. The baffle is provided in between the inlet port and the outlet port to hinder running water, and settles down kitchen garbage which is contained in the running water.
