PURPOSE: A vacuum maintenance and repairing device of a vacuum firing plate is provided not to generate a phenomenon that a vacuum leaks out in a process of manufacturing the vacuum firing plate by adhering a sealing plate to a hanging projection automatically due to a vacuum of the vacuum firing plate and an elastic force of an elastomer in a separation of a vacuum inhalation hole. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum maintenance and repairing device of a vacuum firing plate comprises a hollow installation unit, a sealing moving unit, a pressing unit, and a vacuum installation unit (50) consisting of a fixing unit. The hollow installation unit is combined in an inside of a vacuum firing plate (5) by forming a hanging projection and a joint unit in an inside. The sealing moving unit is comprised of a sealing plate settled on the hanging projection by forming a moving shaft inserted in an inside diameter of the hanging projection in an upper part of the moving shaft integrally by being into the hollow installation unit. The pressing unit is installed separately to an upper part of the sealing moving unit by a first elastomer adherently installed at the sealing moving unit, and a suction hole (33) is formed. The fixing unit is combined with the joint unit of the hollow installation unit, and pressurizes the pressing unit. |
