ELECTRODE PREPARING METHOD FOR A TOUCH PANEL

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a touch panel electrode is provided to form an electrode by using an ion bombardment phenomenon through physical ion-etching, thereby manufacturing an electrode having high transparency and uniformity with a simple process and at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A conductive material layer (15) and a polymer layer (20) are successively formed on a substrate. A patterned polymer structure is formed at the polymer layer through a lithography process. A conductive-material/polymer composite structure (25), to which an ion-etched conductive material is attached, is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the polymer structure by ion-etching the conductive material layer. An electrode pattern is formed on the substrate by removing the polymer of the conductive-material/polymer composite structure.
