PURPOSE: Indoor navigation service providing device and method thereof are provided to recognize a marker attached to the indoor using an image acquisition device such as camera and et cetera and to offer an indoor navigation service using location information obtained through the marker. CONSTITUTION: An indoor location recognition module (120) extracts at least one indoor marker from an indoor image. The indoor location recognition module obtains information of the extracted indoor marker. The indoor location recognition module recognizes a current location in a corresponding indoor space based on the information of the indoor marker. An indoor navigation module (130) request indoor navigation information to a service server based on the recognized current location in the corresponding indoor space and destination information requested by the user. The indoor navigation module outputs the indoor navigation information provided from the service server on an indoor navigation screen.
