PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing a personalized-news service in accordance with dynamic preference of a user are provided to arrange preferred news first by matching automatically extracted news keywords with verified news preference, thereby providing a more exciting and interesting personalized-news service to a user. CONSTITUTION: A personalized-news service system collects news through the internet and extracts keywords related to news content from the collected news (S1130). When a user performs a preference response for individual news in a provided news list on a user terminal, the system updates preference for the keyword of the individual news based on the preference response (S1140). The system provides a personalized-news service list, where the updated keyword preference is reflected, to the user (S1150).
