PURPOSE: A selected ion concentration meter and a method for measuring an ion concentration are provided to prevent water pollution because mercury is not contained in liquid to be tested, to easily utilize, and to accurately measure. CONSTITUTION: A selected ion concentration meter comprises a first measuring module(10), a second measuring module(12), an electrode unit(50), and a controller. The first measuring module comprises a first voltmeter(14) measuring a potential difference of a potential regulator, a reference electrode(52), and a standard electrode(54). The second measuring module comprises a load resistance(32), a working electrode(56), a second voltmeter(34) measuring the potential difference of the reference electrode. The reference electrode, the standard electrode, and the working electrode are arranged in the electrode unit. An internal space of the electrode unit is filled with electrode liquid(58). A selected ion permeable membrane(59) selectively transmits a measurement target ion contained in a measurement sample in the lower surface of the electrode unit. The controller calculates a concentration of the measurement object ion by using the potential difference measured by the first and second voltmeters. |
