PURPOSE: A vehicle charging simulation system and a method thereof are provided to predict charging loads by simulating vehicle charging using a plurality of virtual vehicles and chargers based on data produced by a charger. CONSTITUTION: A virtual data generation server (300) produces a plurality of charger data based on charging data collected by a server (100) from a charger (200), and produces virtual vehicle data based on the inputted data to the server. The server produces a plurality of virtual chargers and vehicles based on the produced virtual charger data and the virtual vehicle data, and simulates charging of a plurality of the virtual chargers and vehicles based on initial simulation information which is set by a manager's terminal (500).
