PURPOSE: A composition for a temperature sensor is provided to measure a temperature at room temperature and high temperature, and to prevent electrode wire from being cut in device. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a temperature sensor comprises: a metal oxide having the following chemical formula Mn_aFe_bNi_cCr_dY_eAl_f. The a is 0.1-0.4 mole, the b is 0.1-0.3 mole, the c is 0.1-0.5 mole, the d is 0.01-0.05 mole, the e is 0.1-0.5 mole, and the f is 0.01-0.2 mole. A manufacturing method of the temperature sensor comprises the steps of: mixing the metal oxide comprising Mn_aFe_bNi_cCr_dY_eAl_f; incinerating the mixed metal oxide; inserting electrode wire into the metal oxide and press-molding it; and thermal processing the molded metal oxide.
