FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: method to generate ice scales includes growing of ice on one side of a membrane, the other side of which contacts with coolant, which is cooled down to negative temperature, and periodical action at the membrane at the side of coolant. The elastic element is a membrane, on surface of which water is sprayed.
