PURPOSE: Patterned chips using a UV curable acrylate resin, a producing method thereof, and artificial marble using thereof are provided to offer natural texture and pattern to the artificial marble. CONSTITUTION: Patterned chips for producing artificial marble uses a UV curable composition and a UV curable acrylate resin, and includes a multilayered structure with different texture on each layer or a capsulated structure. The UV curable composition contains 100 parts of urethane acrylate oligomer by weight, 12.5-75 parts of bifunctional monomer by weight, 12.5-75 parts of trifunctional monomer by weight, 0.1-5 parts of photo initiator by weight, and 0.1-1 part of thermosetting material by weight. |
