FIELD: power industry.SUBSTANCE: in a catalytic reactor - steam generator a heat exchanger for water heating, its evaporation and steam superheating is arranged in a fluidised bed of disperse particles of catalyst and inert material. Heat exchanger is arranged in the extended part of the reactor housing in the fluidised bed of particles of the catalyst of deep oxidation of substances mixed with inert material particles in the ratio of 20-90 wt % of catalyst and 10-80 wt % of inert material. Heat exchanger consists of an in-series connected steam generator and superheater in the form of several rows of tubular coils with upward direction of liquid flow via steam generator tubes and with upward and/or downward direction of steam flow via superheater tubes. The proposed catalytic reactor - steam generator consists of a vertical housing with air and fuel supply branch pipes, between which there arranged inside the housing is an air-distributing grid with a catalyst particle bed of deep oxidation of substances mixed with inert material particles, above which non- isothermic and organising head pieces are located. Heat exchanger in the form of coils that are connected as per a parallel and series circuit is arranged above the non-isothermic grid in the extended part of the housing. Condensate in heating and evaporating coils moves in upward direction. Steam in superheating coils moves in downward and/or upward direction. The housing under the non- isothermic head piece provides for a catalyst unloading branch pipe and/or several catalyst unloading branch pipes above the non-isothermic head piece. A catalyst loading branch pipe is provided in the housing above fluidised bed level.EFFECT: reduction of consumption of insufficient and expensive catalyst and reduction of content of toxic catalyser dust in waste flue gases and reduction of the heat exchanger surface.4 cl, 2 dwg
