FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: mobile communication method according to the present invention includes steps: (A) transmitting broadcast information from a radio base station to a plurality of cells indicated by a transmission request received from a switching centre; and (B) transmitting, in accordance with the transmission request, a transmission reply which includes an information element indicating the number of cells and cell identification information from the base radio station to the switching centre; wherein if at step (B) broadcast information was unsuccessfully transmitted to each cell from said plurality of cells, the radio base station transmits a transmission reply which does not include the information element.EFFECT: enabling a base station to report to the switching centre unsuccessful transmission of emergency information to each cell indicated by the switching centre.2 cl, 10 dwg |
