MODULATION SCREW OF WINDOWS AND DOORS ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A control screw assembling method of a window roller is provided to make a conventional snap ring unnecessary, to reduce parts and processes for assembly, to improve productivity, and to maximize the reduction of production costs. CONSTITUTION: A control screw assembling method of a window roller comprises the following steps. A big hole and a small hole are formed to be vertically overlapped on a bracket (5). A concavo groove which is inserted into the small hole is formed on the neck part of a control screw (6). The concavo groove is locked to be rotatable and to stay inside the small hole since the boundary projection of the small hole shrinks in the process of caulking wing parts after a bracket is inserted into an out case (1).
