PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sulfur fertilizer obtains a sulfur fertilizer with excellent disease protection function by mixing sulfur with a high toxicity removal rate and a humic acid through a four-step toxicity removal process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sulfur fertilizer includes a step of powderizing and neutralizing sulfur; a step of adding the neutralized sulfur powder into the mixed solution of nephrite powder, green tea leaves, great duckweed, and pyroligneous liquor; a step of adding neem powder, orostachys Herba, cudranic triloba, fine charcoal, and vinegar; a step of obtaining a sulfur powder by adding tuckahoe, Aconiti Tuber, agrimony, and Gastrodiae Rhizoma; a step of mixing 200-400 parts by weight of a humic acid aqueous solution and 1500-1700 parts by weight of water into 100.0 parts by weight of the sulfur powder.
