PURPOSE: A coffee drip device is provided to efficiently extract coffee in a drip method by selectively injecting water in a dripper with an injecting water unit, rotating a server with a rotation unit at a predetermined speed, and horizontally moving the rotation unit with a moving unit. CONSTITUTION: A coffee drip device comprises injecting water unit (112,113), rotation units (111,121), and moving units (114,124). The injecting water unit selectively injects a predetermined amount of water into a dripper (21). The rotation unit supports a server (22) which the dripper is put and rotates the server at a predetermined speed.
