PURPOSE: A cookware for a gas burner is provided to heat a food stored in an inside by a food distribution part of a food inner storage member by an even heat released from a heat radiation member heated by a combustion heat of a gas burner. CONSTITUTION: A cookware for a gas burner comprises a liquid collecting member (11) and a cover (13). Inner side bent portions (11a,12a) are equipped in a central part of the liquid collecting member placed in an upper part of a gas burner (1), and combustion gas through-holes (11b,12b) are formed at the same time. Outside bent portions (11c,12c) are integrally formed in a position separated to the inner side bent portion and an outside of the liquid collecting member, and a liquid embedded portion (11e) is formed in an external periphery of the inner side bent portion of the liquid collecting member. The inner side bent portion is equipped in a central part of a food inner storage member arranged in an upper surface of the liquid collecting member, and the combustion gas through-hole is formed at the same time. The combustion gas rises along the combustion gas through-hole of the food inner storage member and the liquid collecting member. The outside bent portion is integrally formed in a position separated to the outside and the inner side bent portion of the food inner storage member, and a food distribution part (12e) is formed in an external circumference of the inner side bent portion of the food inner storage member. Multiple holes are formed in a lower part of the food distribution part. A heat radiation member (14) connected to a handle (13a) of the cover is installed at an inner side of the cover. |
