PURPOSE: A nonpoint pollutant reducing facility with a vegetation waterway and a nonpoint pollutant reducing method using the same are provided to improve filtration efficiency of initial rainfall and to reduce maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: A nonpoint pollutant reducing facility (10) with a vegetation waterway comprises a pre-treatment tank (100), vegetation waterways (200-1,200-2), and an outlet structure (400). The vegetation water way forms an inclined surface from the front side and to the rear side, has vegetation which is plated on the lower side, and stores rainfall effluent inside. The outlet structure takes in the rainfall effluence which flows out of the vegetation waterway, and discharges the rainfall effluent into an existing waterway. A check dam (300) is prepared in between the vegetation waterway and the outlet structure, and provided with an inlet groove (310) on one side of the upper. |
