PURPOSE: A device having functions to cut and compress scrap irons and scraps is provided to shorten working time and to reduce the waste of workforce and energy by efficiently applying one compressor for the compression or cutting according to purposes. CONSTITUTION: A device having functions to cut and compress scrap irons and scraps comprises a compression chamber (10), a second cylinder (30), a third cylinder (40), a fixing unit (50), a position fixing cylinder, and a cutting member (60). The cutting member includes an ascending or descending cylinder (61), a bracket, a fixed edge unit (65), and an operation edge unit (64). The operation edge unit is installed at the bracket and is arranged to be crossed in the fixed edge unit. The operation edge unit cuts compression objects by the ascending or descending cylinder. |
