PURPOSE: A vinyl cutter capable of leveling a cutting surface is provided to level a cutting surface by cutting a vinyl pack wrapping paper held by both hands of users and to separately exchange only a worn-out blade. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl cutter comprises a base unit (10), a support unit (20), a blade (40), a cover unit (30), and a fixing unit. The cover unit is arranged on an upper part of the support unit and covers an upper part of the blade. The fixing unit fixes the base unit to another object. A width of the cover unit is greater than a width which adds a width of the support unit and a width of the blade. The cover unit and the base unit are protruded to the front from the blade. |
