MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SEAT BENCH

PURPOSE: A vehicle with a seat bench is provided to separate the front area and the rear area in a vehicle by taking small space with simple and high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle with a seat bench includes a seat surface (1) and a backrest (2). The backrest is mounted to be pivotable about a first pivot shaft (3) in the rear area of the seat surface with respect to the seat surface. The seat surface is mounted on a vehicle frame to be pivotable about a second pivot shaft (4). The backrest and the seat surface are connected with each other in a vertically standing manner by the operation through a servo motor (14). A backrest upper edge (5) is located on the upper end of the backrest, and the backrest upper edge contacts with the roof of vehicle in a partition location.
