FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to absorbent products, such as diapers, training pull-ups, incontinence products used for absorbing and locking user's physiological exudate away. The absorbent products comprises a liquid-permeable layer from the body side, a liquid-impermeable outer coating, an absorbent core in between, and a pocket for physiological excrement collection. The pocket is provided between the liquid-permeable layer from the body side and the absorbent core and configured so that it collects and locks physiological excrements away through a hole facing the liquid-permeable layer from the body side.
