To carry out balloon destruction and point destruction by means of one destruction catheter without replacement of case of destruction catheter during treatment by method of catheter destruction provided is destruction catheter, which has catheter rod, balloon, fastened on the side of anterior end in longitudinal direction of catheter rod, cavity, which communicates with balloon from the side of end surface on posterior end in upper said longitudinal direction, intra-balloon electrode and intra-balloon temperature sensor, which are placed inside balloon, and electrode of anterior end and temperature sensor of anterior end, which are placed in area of anterior end, containing end surface on the side of anterior end in upper said longitudinal direction.EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to considerably reduce duration of operation and prevent spontaneous anomalous calorification by tissue or blood, thereby increase safety of destruction.11 cl, 10 dwg |
