FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry, and is intended for sealing endodontic access. After filling root canal, orifice of root canal is closed with glass-ionomer cement. Orifice is photopolymerised for 20-40 sec. First layer of temporary tooth filing, made of zinc-sulfate cement is laid on it to enamel-dentin biundary. Then, primer, which is also photopolymerised for 20-40 sec is applied on walls of endodontic access, free from zinc-sulfate cement. After that, layer of glass-ionomer cement is applied. It is photopolymerised for 20-40 sec and polished.EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain reliable sealing of endodontic access due to creation of double barrier from layers of temporary tooth filing for microorganisms.6 ex |
