PURPOSE: A grouting material injection device is provided to evenly inject a grouting material into subsidized ground at high pressure and prevent the backflow of injected grouting material. CONSTITUTION: A grouting material injection device comprises a hose connector(10), a ball valve(20), an injection pipe(30), an operating handle(40), a compression pipe(50), a compression unit(60), and a washer(70). The hose connector is detachably coupled to a grouting material injection hose with a one touch manner. The ball valve prevents an injected grouting material from flowing reversely through an injection groove. The injection pipe is formed with spirals(31) and a separation protection protrusion(32) for preventing the separation of the compression unit. The operating handle is jointed through the spirals to the exterior of the injection pipe and operated to raise or lower the compression pipe within a certain range. The compression pipe is raised or lowered by the operation of the operation handle. The compression unit is contracted or expanded by the up and down of the compression pipe, thereby maintaining the injection device fixed in the injection groove. |
