FIELD: instrument making.SUBSTANCE: proposed cell comprises open dielectric rectangular cross-section vessel for fluid to be tested made of insulation material and equipped with, at least, two pickup electrodes to confine pickup channel filled with fluid. Note here that said cell is provided with tight cover made of insulation material. Aforesaid pickup channel is shaped to flat Archimedes coil with equal cross-section over the entire channel length.
