FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: osmium (VIII) ions are transferred from a sample into a solution and voltammetric determination is carried out. According to the invention, osmium (VIII) ions accumulate on gold-modified graphite electrodes for 60-120 s and subsequently recording peaks of selective electrochemical oxidation of osmium from the surface of the working electrode with potential sweep rate of 80 mV/s, electrolysis potential of -1.0 V, on the background of 0.1 M HSO; concentration is determined from the height of the peak in the potential range from +0.3 to +0.6 V by a standard addition technique.EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the maximum and lower bound of determined content and widen the range of determined content of osmium on peaks for selective electrochemical oxidation of osmium from the surface of a gold-graphite electrode by stripping voltammetry.2 ex, 1 tbl, 2 dwg |
