A repairing apparatus for a liquid crystal display and a repairing method using the same are provided to supply a grinding head which can be changed according to a size of a defect generated in a liquid crystal display apparatus in a plurality of grinding balls with different radius, thereby removing errors by changing the grinding ball according to the size of an error. A repairing apparatus for a liquid crystal display comprises the following units: a polyhedral grinding head(170) which is arranged in an area corresponding to error areas; a plurality of grinding balls(172) which is connected to each surface of the polyhedral grinding head with a different radius; a step motor(175) for enabling the rotating polyhedral grinding head to be rotated by a predetermined angle; and a grinding sandpaper(174) one surface of which is connected to one grinding ball arranged in an error generating area and the other surface of which is connected in the error generating area. |
