PURPOSE: A blow mold and a method for molding a blow are provided to utilize for producing a pad without firstly processing a nonwoven fabric and to recycle parison by separating the nonwoven fabric from the parison in which the nonwoven fabric is adhered. CONSTITUTION: A method for molding a blow comprises: a step of inserting a nonwoven fabric and parison(218) in which latex is coated between an upper mold and a lower mold; a step of combining together by closing the upper mold and the lower mold; a step of molding a plurality of ribs to one side of the parison by a blade insert of a blade mold and blow molding for inflating the parison in a cavity shape through blowing compressed air while inserting a blow nozzle to one end of the parison positioned to a cavity of the mold; and a step of removing the blade insert from the rib by opening the blade mold after the parison inflates in the cavity shape of the mold. |
