FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to sealing food product packs. Said clamp comprises first working surface interacting with that of counter clamp for gripping packing material and making sealing strip across packing material sleeve feed direction. One of said clamp and counter clamp makes support 9 while another one of them makes a heater to interact with said support 9 to produce sealing strip. Said first surface comprises, at least, first amount of ledges (35, 36; 36, 36; 36, 37). The later extend in appropriate first axes X to press appropriate areas of packing material to second surface. Besides said first surface comprises, at least, the first amount of cavities extending in one of first axes X between said ledges (35, 36; 36, 36; 36, 37) along second axis Y that crosses first axis X, and are located sideways of central plate of the first working surface. Note here that, at least, first 26 of said ledges (35, 36, 37) is formed by two bent first walls and, at least, one of said first walls in section over second plane perpendicular to first axis X includes first arc with first radius and first angle. Said cavity features curved profile in section over the plane perpendicular to said first axis X has the shape of at least second arc with second radius and second angle. note here that said first radius equal 0.1-0.3 mm, second arc forms lower section of said cavity while second radius makes 0.1-0.4 mm. Distance between said ledges (35, 36, 37) and said cavities measured along second axis Y varied from 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm.EFFECT: higher quality of pack sealing.12 cl, 6 dwg |
