PURPOSE: A triazine derivative compound is provided to lower the driving voltage, and to show an excellent quantum efficiency when applied in an organic light emitting device as a host material of a light emitting layer, an electron transport material, and an electron injection material, etc. CONSTITUTION: A triazine derivative compound for an organic light emitting device has a structure represented by Chemical formula 1 or 2. An organic light emitting device comprises a first electrode (110); a second electrode (150); and an organic material layer (130) or a light emitting layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The light emitting layer includes a host and a dopant. The organic material layer or the host includes the triazine derivative compound. The organic material layer is an electron transport layer or an electron injection layer.
